"Hi-Tech Power Systems Inc. has been exceptional. Living in an outlying area with rural electric, power outages are common during severe thunderstorms and inclement weather. Several years ago, we were without power for 8 days due to an ice storm. This was enough to convince me that I needed to do something to ensure that I would not be stranded again.

I contacted Hi-Tech and the salesman came to my house. He asked a lot of questions and then made suggestions. Mr. Vaiden provided answers to my many questions and gave me several options from which to choose. I decided to purchase a whole house system and it has worked flawlessly. When I made the decision to purchase, all of the details were taken care of by the company. The electricians came promptly, the power company, the gas company and all the inspectors were contacted and dealt with Hi-Tech. There was nothing that had to be completed on my part. When the installation was completed and the County inspector came, Hi-Tech was here to answer any concerns that he had. Everything from start to finish took very little time.

During the last hurricane, my neighbors lost power for 5 days. I was able to provide meals and hot baths for my family throughout this time. The unit ran without any effort on my part. When service times come (only once annually), the company notifies you ahead of upcoming maintenance. The serviceman comes promptly and performs maintenance without me being on site.

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for generator services. It is so comforting to know that I will not be without electricity, heat or air at any time.
